I was tired, overweight and had high blood pressure. I wasn't sure of what or how I would be able to get off medication and lose weight, I have tried all the home exercise equipment (which has gone full circle, more on that later) from shopping channels but never seen any results.
The first thing Jose did with me is sort out my eating, with a realistic plan that allowed me a treat now and again. In a short time I started to see weight coming off and I also could do a lot more in terms of fitness.
My results were so good that my husband Pete wanted to do something for his health, having back problems and being a bit overweight. I introduced him to Jose and before long we were both eating better family meals and realising that we were feeling better because we had invested in our health by training with Jose.
Pete and I are keen fitness enthusiasts, we have seen great results! I have lost over 3st and gone from a size 16-18 to a 12, got off BP medicine and have tones more energy, Pete also has seen big improvements in his health, posture and has lost 20lbs of bodyfat.

I started training with Jose after I had my second baby. I was looking to lose some weight and tone up.
Jose certainly puts you through your paces but after each session, although exhausted, I felt great and he never goes through the same training session each week, there is always something new to do.
After around three months training with Jose and having a good eating plan, I achieved my pre baby weight and more and am the fittest and most tonned I have ever been.

It was back in 2005 when I met Jose, I had not long got engaged and counldnt of been happier until I seen the photos!
What a shock how much weight I had put on? These were my first thoughts my second was there is no way I'm going to be a fat bride! I dragged myself along to my local gym for the first time in my life and that's where I met Jose.
He helped me out with a training and eating plan, he asked me what my goal was and all I could say was "I want to look good on my wedding day" and that's what we aimed for, 2 years later my wedding day came and I was fitter and healthier (my wedding dress was taken in twice before the big day) than I had ever been and I felt great!
Don't get me wrong it wasn't easy but I couldn't have done it if it had not been for Jose, he had faith in me when I didn't have any in myself. He kept me focused when I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel but together we got there and I still train with Jose every week keeping my fitness levels up and having a light hearted joke at the same time, Jose always makes training fun I think that's why I stuck at it this time as like many people, before going to Jose I had tried every diet going , they worked for a short time but the old habits always came back sooner or later and the weight went back on But Not This Time. - Lorna Brown, Kilmarnock
I started Jose's Boot Camp 6 weeks ago after reading the feature that appeared in the "Kilmarnock Standard".
I had considered myself fairly fit, attending 2 aerobics classes every week and kept fairly active; but felt I was not seeing the results I wanted on my body. After speaking with Jose I decided to give the Camp a try as it seemed to be just what I needed to get the results I desired.
I was a bit worried about what to expect on my first day, but everyone was really friendly and encouraging and there were some really inspiring stories from some of the class members. I have to admit I was not as fit as I first thought and spent the next 2 days walking in a very strange way, but it has all been worth it.
In the first 5 weeks I attended the Boot Camp I lost 6.5lbs and had lost inches from my bust, hips and waist, which is incredible! Jose has also given me pointers on how I can improve my diet to achieve even better results, which I will hopefully start to see the results from this soon.
If anyone is thinking about joining, but is a bit apprehensive - Don't be! Yes you are worked hard but it is also a lot of fun. - Lisa McLaughlin
